'A better son / daughter' opposes body and mind. In a pessimistic space they find no harmony, but create constant conflict. This leaves the characters, 2 dancers and a drone, torn between self-acceptance and self-destruction. It results in an endless journey that leaves no room for enlightenment. For the Virtual Residences, the 'radiation' part is an addition to 'A better son/daughter'. 

Constantin Trommlitz has a background in breaking and film. In his residency he investigates how the inner can be revealed on the film screen. His goal is to discover ways in which he transforms video projections into spatial design and creates moving images that grow larger than himself.
